    How does SMS / QR code feedback prevent negative reviews?

    SMS and in-the-moment feedback intercepts unhappy guests in the 10-minute window after their experience — before they open Google. Guests receive a text with a link to a private feedback form. Complaints route internally for immediate recovery. Positive feedback redirects to a public review prompt.

    Does Avantly integrate with our POS?

    Avantly does not currently offer native POS integration. Donation fulfillment and voucher redemption are tracked in Avantly; your POS handles the financial transaction separately. This is an intentional architectural decision. Deep POS integrations introduce complexity and failure points that compromise the reliability of the core workflow.

    This is the most common question we get, and we'd rather answer it directly than bury it in a features comparison. If POS integration is a hard requirement for your group, we want to know about it — it's on our roadmap and Founding Partners have input into prioritization.

    How much does Avantly cost?

    Avantly starts at $99 per location per month. Volume pricing is available for groups with three or more locations. Groups with ten or more locations qualify for custom enterprise pricing. All plans include donation management, guest recovery, SMS feedback, and dedicated support.

    There are no setup fees for standard onboarding. Founding Partner pricing includes additional support and is available to qualifying groups by application.

    How long does setup take?

    Most restaurant groups are fully operational on Avantly within 5-7 business days. Founding Partner clients receive dedicated onboarding with a target of 3 business days from signed agreement to live system.

    Setup includes configuring your donation intake forms, voucher templates, SMS messaging, and location/user structure. Most of this is handled by the Avantly team with your input, not the other way around.

    What is a tracked digital voucher?

    A tracked digital voucher is a unique, single-use digital comp / credit with a secure tracking code that ties it to a specific guest, incident, location, and manager. When the voucher is redeemed, Avantly records the return visit and notifies management — turning every recovery attempt into a data point.

    Gift cards, paper vouchers and email comps are untracked by definition. You know you gave them; you have no idea if they worked. Tracked digital vouchers close that loop and give your operations team real recovery data for the first time.

    How do restaurants track the ROI of community donations?

    Avantly tracks every donation from intake to outcome — including whether the recipient from the organization became a guest.
